I’ve been friends with Gil since the first grade. I consider him a brother.
I’ve known Amy since Gil was in 16th grade. She's in my “top 10 coolest ladies ever” list.
How did you meet the Bride/Groom:
I remember meeting Gil through carpool to Sacred Heart. My earliest memory of him would be in maybe second grade. I was sitting at a picnic bench with my head down b/c my mom had given me a terrible haircut. He asked me “what’s wrong?” and I proceeded to explain how bad my hair was. He said “Well look at mine!!” I looked up and his hair was equally terrible. I laughed and He asked me to be his best man.
I met Amy through the late Joni Campos. I pretty much ignored her until she became involved with Gil. It was nothing personal as to why I didn't pay attention to her. I'm just a rude SOB. Yet, when they became involved I had to make sure she was good enough for Gil. Now that I’ve gotten to know her, I feel she deserves waaaaayyy better than my scumbag of a best friend.
